As a licensed psychologist in Bellevue, Washington, I offer psychotherapy services to adult clients from diverse backgrounds struggling with a variety of issues. My primary areas of interest include depression, anxiety, difficult life circumstances, grief and loss. I also enjoy working with older individuals who may be struggling with issues that later life can bring.
My first goal as your therapist is to help you feel comfortable and safe in sharing your personal story and the struggles you are currently facing. I will then work with you to clarify and actualize personal goals. I hold an
optimistic, constructive view of human beings and believe in the individual’s substantial capacity to be self-determining. At the same time, I recognize that we all face difficult situations at times over which we have little
control, and in those instances I will strive to assist you in moving toward a place of inner peace and acceptance.
Current Status: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been seeing clients via telehealth only since March 2020. I use a HIPAA compliant software program called SecureVideo which requires that you first download the Zoom application. At some point in 2021, I hope to begin seeing clients in my office again and anticipate that my future practice will consist of some combination of teletherapy and in-person visits.
Note to Prospective Clients: Unfortunately, I do not have openings for new clients at this time. If you have seen me before, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to try to accommodate you.
